The development team purposes to refurbish and renovate this beautiful historic building ensuring the historical and original designs are preserved. The initial proposal includes a supportive housing model to include affordable housing units, a navigation center, support services, in addition to a commercial kitchen that serves disadvantaged families and individuals.
